Campfire Proscuitto Wrapped Asparagus


  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • proscuitto slices enough for one for each asparagus spear
  • foil pans
  • tin foil


  1. Wrap each asparagus spear in a slice of proscuitto.
  2. Place the wrapped asparagus in a foil tray.
  3. Cover the trays with tin foil.
  4. Place the trays on a grill over the campfire until the proscuitto is crispy and the asparagus is somewhat tender.
