Place 3 lbs. of chicken wings in a large resealable bag. Combine flour and water in a bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken wings in the bag. Remove excess air, seal and freeze.
Crock pot instructions: Thaw. Cook in slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low.
Oven instructions: Thaw. Bake in 350° oven, covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes.
Actifry instructions: Thaw. Cook for 22 minutes in the Actifry.
