This healthy Mediterranean dip is delicious served with pita wedges.

  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/8 tsp. cumin
  • 1 large tomato seeded and diced
  • 1/3 large English cucumber diced
  • 1/3 purple onion diced
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • sliced black olives
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • parsley


  1. Mix together the hummus and cumin.
  2. Spread it onto a plate.
  3. Top with diced tomato, cucumber and purple onion.
  4. Sprinkle with crumbled feta, black olives and spices.
  5. Serve with pita wedges or tortilla chips.
