I’m not a huge fan of camping. One of the reasons is that I don’t like traditional camping food like hot dogs. But I do want my kids to experience those memories. Making good camp food makes those trips more tolerable for me. These campfire proscuitto wrapped asparagus bring some foodie food to the campsite. We host an appetizer night at our campsite each year, so I’m always looking for new things to try over a fire. These were perfect for the occasion.
